WHAT WILL MY FIRST TIME BE LIKE?
At Sandy Creek, we value every guest who joins us for worship, especially those visiting for the first time. While we never want anyone to feel put on the spot, we do invite all newcomers to stop by our Welcome Center when they arrive.
You won’t be asked to stand up, introduce yourself, or do anything that makes you uncomfortable. Our goal is simply to help you feel welcome and at ease from the moment you walk through the doors.
At the Welcome Center, friendly volunteers will be ready to greet you, help you get acquainted with our church, and answer any questions you may have. As a small expression of our appreciation, you’ll also receive a gift to thank you for choosing to spend part of your day worshiping with us.
We consider it a privilege to have you as our guest at Sandy Creek.
WHAT ARE THE SERVICES LIKE?
Services at Sandy Creek are exciting, upbeat, and powerful! Each service lasts approximately two hours and begins with a time of congregational worship and singing, followed by a Scripture-based message from our Pastor, Larry M. Arrowood.

WHAT DOES YOUR CHURCH BELIEVE?
At the center of everything we believe is JESUS.
We believe He is our Savior, our hope, and the answer our world truly needs. No matter where you are in life, Jesus is the answer—for you, your family, your community, and our world.
Jesus said, “I am the light of the world.”
A world without the light of God is a dark place. In the book of Acts, we read about the Apostles preaching the good news of Jesus to people who desperately needed hope. In Acts 2, when the people heard what Jesus had done and what He could do in their lives, they believed and responded to that message.
In a single day, thousands of lives were changed, and a movement began that would transform the world. That movement is still alive today—and it is what we are privileged to experience every week here at Sandy Creek.
We believe the Bible is absolutely true and that its message still matters for our lives today. We want the way we live, love, worship, and serve to reflect what God has said.
The Bible teaches us to love people without partiality. Regardless of someone’s background, skin color, language, circumstances, or story, every person has value and deserves to be treated with love, dignity, and respect.
We believe prayer changes things, a relationship with Jesus transforms lives, and the church should be a place where people can encounter God, find genuine community, grow in their faith, and discover His purpose for their lives.
Whether you have followed Jesus for years, are returning to faith, or are simply searching for answers, there is a place for you here.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Come as you are! There’s no need to worry about having the “right” outfit when you visit us. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. More than anything, we want you to feel welcomed, valued, and at home. We’re not concerned about what you’re wearing we’re just glad you’re here!
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
Sandy Creek has absolutely amazing programs for kids and youth! On Sunday afternoon, there are nursery classes for kids ages 1-3 and a class for kids in PreK or Kindergarten. Kids in 1st through 5th grade gather in our SC Kids Center for an exciting Kids Church experience that they are sure to love.
On Wednesday evenings, our kids go to classes, our junior high and high school students have youth service, and the adults worship in the Main Sanctuary.
These classes are safe, secure, and fun. When you check in at the Welcome Center volunteers will be ready to direct you to your kids' classrooms.
WHAT KIND OF LANGUAGE SERVICES ARE OFFERED?
Sandy Creek provides translation into every language for all of our services! See the Welcome Center for more information!
We have designated seating for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing with a live ASL interpreter. Visit the Welcome Center and the volunteers will help you to your seat. ASL interpretation is available on Sundays during our 4:00 pm service and Wednesdays during our 7:00 pm service.
WHAT ABOUT SANDY CREEK COFFEE?
Sandy Creek Coffee is always open an hour before service. SC Coffee serves incredible coffee and dirty sodas!
In addition to the regular menu, on Sunday afternoons before service we serve free drip coffee. This is an incredible time to relax and connect with other Sandy Creek members in our Gathering Space.
On your first visit, you and everyone in your group gets a FREE beverage!
WHAT WILL PARKING BE LIKE?
Sandy Creek offers plenty of convenient parking with easy access to the church campus. Guests can enter the main parking area through either of our two entrances, where our friendly parking team is available to assist with traffic flow and help you find a spot quickly. For those who may need additional assistance, complimentary golf cart transportation is available to provide a comfortable ride from the parking lot to the church entrance.

You’re always welcome to simply show up and join us for any service—no registration, forms, or advance notice required.
If you’d like, you can also plan your visit ahead of time so we can be ready to serve you more personally, answer any questions, save a parking spot, save a seat, help with kids’ check-in, or make your first visit as easy as possible.
